I have purchased a 32" inch panansonic tv from Vijay Sales with 1 year warranty, tv is broken in the 13th month and the cost of repair estimated 10, 000. Guys at vijay sales were prompt however it takes min 20 minutes to get the right person to complaint. Panasonic service agent has taken the circuit for god knows what and then instead of expecting call back, i keep calling them. makes me feel Panasonic makes lousy products and overall they are not worried about consumers.
