Not working

Dear Sir,

I have given complaint that fridge is not working in my house. Complaint number is 0103210566. Already 5 days passed, no body has called me from godrej or from service centre. 5-6 times I called to the given toll free number and only one message that I have received every time is that service engineer will call me.

Kindly help me out.
