PSP
Not Charging

I Purchased AC5604175 PSP-e 10041d in February 12 from Agra from your authorized dealer in Agra. The PSP is not charging. When I went to dealer I found dealer has been changed. There was another dealer of LG. When I contacted the new dealer of sony in Sanjay Place Agra, he told that there is no earlier record.By mistake I missed the purchase slip and guarantee card. When I approched service center in Agra. I was intimated that the PSP is not charging, It will be replaced.

I request please rectify the PSP or Changed It. Details of PSP is given above.
