Late Delivery & Demo

My parents had purchased a washing machine on 17 of December 12, we wanted to buy a Samsung washing machine but my father was so influenced by the Vijay sales Salesman tht we ended up taking Panasonic machine. (sic)... washing machine was a need that time so they said that they vl deliver the machine in next 2 working days..after calling 10 times to the customer care we got the delivery of our washing machine. It was 10 days since we purchased we got delivery.. Apart from this wen v called customer care for the delivery (the no was mentioned on the envelope). that no is either switched off or not receiving any call. then we called the customer care they were lyk they have already delivered our washing machine.

they are really sic ppl i tell u. never purchase any thing from dese ppl.

they really suck.

Now also they haven't came for Demo 1 week already passed.

disgusting ppl working here. During these period we had very bad time.
