Tthis is to bring to ur notice that l (mala ahuja) had registered a complain on the 16th of april for the window ac which is not working l was told that it will be repaired in a day or 2 but upto today noone has come to see the ac inspite of me giving them 2 or 4 calls per day today is 22nd april

Can anyone answer me why this neglience is it fair on the technicians or the customer care person r sleeping or gone on a long tour for 6 days .?? /why I NEED AN ANSWER FOR THIS CAN ANYBODY HELP ME A VERYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY TROUBLEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD LADYYYYYYY IN DISTRESSSSSSSSSSSSS.NEEDING HELP IMMEDIATELY LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
