Dear Sir,

Today I applied for Mobile Office services of Airtel. After waiting for more than 30 minuets I could not get the activation message, whereas the subscription charge Rs 20/- was debited from my account balance. After about 30 minutes I send a message that I am not activated with MO services even after money is reduced from my account, please activate it. For that SMS also a amount of Rs 20/ is reduced from my account.

It is requested that my account is to be reverted back with amount of Rs. 20 which has been cut wrongly. If the same is not done it will force me to lodge a complain with TRAI and Consumer Forum for lack of services and wrongly cutting the Rs 20/-.

Please revert back to me immediately.
