Balance Reduction

Air Tel is eating my hard earned money.

on 1st August my balance was deducted Rs.5 as some SMS service was activated (Love Pack) by AirTel without my permission. After calling 3 to 4 times I got the balance Rs.5.

on 4th August again my balance is deducted Rs.3 Rs.3 (total Rs.6) by saying "Last SMS Cost Rs.3" two times. where as I don't even send the messages from the last one month to any budy.

What is going on with AirTel I don't know. I got fed-up by having AirTel connection.

Please resolve all the problems and return my balance Rs.6 immediately.

and I am getting daily 3 to 5 calls from AirTel regarding hello tune and other service adds. and from Insurance company for their adds. I don't want to get any calls from them.

and same way I am getting more than 20 SMS a day regarding adds and promotional activities of their own.

Please help me for not to get the Calls & SMS like these.
