UPS Failure

Respected sir,

I have purchased a ups Model no. Bi850Sine and Serial Number: Eb1035009589 on 20.12.2010 from M/s Jai Power Solutions, Valachery, Chennai, and am using one laser printer, one personal computer, and one fan and a tube light but I am not getting a backup even for five to ten minutes during power failure, and I have registered a complaint on 29.06.11 (complaint number: C-2899338543) and the technical team visited and have given a written letter that they would replace the battery if the problem persists, but some problem existed so I made a complaint complaint on 14.09.2011 (C-1-3081405853) and another complaint on 2.11. but I have not got any response, nor got any phone call from technical support team, so I kindly request you to take necessary action to rectify the fault so that I get a backup of four hours as promised by your sales team. So Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
