Worms in purified drinking wate

We are staying in Billekhalli area in bangalore for the last four months and used this purified drinking water. this is the second time that we have seen worms in it. I have a small child and all of us use this water for drinking purpose.we checked for the date of expiry which is stated as one month from date of manufacture, but there is no manufacture date provided.tried to contact the company but the phone no. provided does not exist!
