Misbehaviour by Outlet Incharge

On the eve of World Cup, the person in charge of the outlet Coolers and Sippers, Mr Rahul, (as told to me) also misbehaved while I asked for an aerated drink that was out of stock.

On asking for another brand of soft drink Mr Rahul also raised his voice and shouted which was totally undignified.

I request DB Mall, Bhopal authorities to take strict action against this person.
