Staff talking rudely and not satisfying my demands

Mr Kokate talking rudely with me... Not satisfying my demands... He refused to give me a buy 1 get 1 free offer product when it was printed there... When i asked for the product he refused to give me, took my trolley at 1 side and also was very much abusive with.. This happen today with me on 24th of february '12 at around 12:50...
