Smell in Ice cream

I have bought a 1.25L Ice cream (Butter Scotch) from Mother Dairy booth, Malviya Nagar on 20th Feb. The Ice cream has no taste and was smelling too. I took back the product to mother dairy booth and he refused to take it back and said its OK.
