On 7th may i had baught ice cream pudding tub from havmor of thaltej branch in ahmedabad.he gave me single pack @ 120 rs. and the next day at home i read that family pack can't be sold individual.it must be sold in combo scheme.if it is to be sold in combo then price is 190 rs per two packs. then i made a call to havmor customer care.they gave the contact no of thaltej area havmor marketing manager.and i called him.he replied me that we give 1 pack in 120rs and other in only 50 rs.if we make total then it is 170 rs. now you tell can it ever be possible that if we take any thing in combo then customer have to pay more money.??? after that i told him that how it is possible?? then he said i will call you later on. but yet he didn't.and it proves that the marketing manager himself is in fault.and i think that they sell each pack individualy. @ cost of 120 rs.and the product which should be sold @ 190 rs they get 120 120 = 240 rs.and 50 rs may be black money... so here an INDIAN CUSTOMER needs your help.
