Worst Food Quality at Rajdhani Express

Respected sir / madam,

We would like to lodge complaint against IRCTC Food quality.

We were travelled on 19-03 from Durgapur (Boarding station) to New Delhi by Sealdah Rajdhani Express (Train no: 12313) & returned on 26-03 from New Delhi to Durgapur (Leaving station) by Sealdah Rajdhani Express (Train no: 12314). Our PNR nos were 6206854775 & 2331960653 respectively. During this journey IRCTC catering staffs provided very poor quality of foods. IRCTC catering staffs provided fully melted ice cream, half boiled rice and they are don’t bother about the passengers problems. During non-veg. dinner they were provided egg instead of chicken curry.

More over their behavior too ruff and catering supervisor / manager also don’t want to come to resolve or listen the problems or note the problems. Catering supervisor’s excuse “supplier supplied melt ice cream, half boiled rice and pantry car was too far from your coach (B10) so what we are do?” The pantry was so unhygienic.

We think this is not any type of rajdhani services, its required to improved.
