Pathetic service

I ordered a birthday cake for delivery on Sunday 1st may.they promised me same day delivery in Dhule, Maharashtra, India. My order no is. CART27764856 ..But neither i got the cake nor any satisfactory answer from them.they stopped picking up my call and later on told me that i dont have any option but to trust them for delivery of product.

I have never had such a devastating experience with any company during online shopping..They have worst service and on top of it they even don't bother to apologize for d misbehavior...

Henceforth i ll never use or recommend their service to my friends and prevent them from spoiling their parties as they spoiled mine..

i recommend their senior authorities to change the PR staff and stop deceiving people and damaging Mumbai's Image worldwild..plz take action against them strictly so that they wont misbehave with any customer henceforth..
