Ice-creams sold at more than MRP

Hi Sir/Madam,

I stay in sector 3, salt lake city, Kolkata.

Today when i purchase chocobar ice-creams from trolly hawker he sold me Rs 10 ice-creams at Rs 15 each

which is more than its MRP. when i protested he told that he will give the ice-creams at this price only..these people not give a chance to the customer to see the MRP on packets..This is very unfair and some strict actions has to be taken against these hawkers and vendors of Kwality Walls..
