Fungus in bottle

We had bought two 7up bottles. They were glass bottles. When we were about to open the bottle, we saw some white colored particles in the bottle. we haven't opened the bottle and we think the white substance is fungus and very strongly think that it is fake!

We would like to know what actions can be taken, so that it doesn't happen with anyone else.
