Issue of new milk cards

I am a resident of Mandaveli and had requested for new milk card in my nearest AAVIN Zonal office in Alwarpet. They asked to me to write the name in their register in Aug and since then I am following up with them regularly. However I have been getting replies to contact them one month later. Request you to kindly look into the issue and take necessary action to expedite the issue of new milk cards
