All brands of milk are sold greater than MRP

Respected Sir,

I'm a consumer of aavin, kavins, rusi brand milk. Almost all the shop keepers in my town are selling the milk Re.1 or Rs.2 more than its MRP. I asked them the reason many times. They say that, the price printed in the packet is old price and the company is sending milk in old packets but asking them to selling for new revised price which is greater than MRP. I am now aware that the public is being cheated and I would like the concerned authority to take prior action on the same.
