Spoilt blackforest cake

On 26th April I bought an Egg less Black forest heart shape cake from Monginis Juhu Market Shop. We cut the cake and distributed among kids. While eating that cake the color of cream was yellow and the taste was sour.

When we went to the cake shop the shopkeeper refuse to pay us back. And provide us the complaint book. But I have neither received the copy of complaint nor complaint number.

I have paid Rs.250/- for it and I feel there is no value for money.
