Nestle everyday dairy whitener
Poor quality of the product

I purchased a nestle everyday whitener from D-Mart. The pack is manufactured in march 12 and its lot no is 20610451NB . Whenever i am using the whitener and mixing it in hot water the milk powder is not mixing in the water and starting forming a thick sticky and spongy substance which used to float on the surface of water.
