Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention that I have ordered a veg meal for dinner in which I found two chapathi's (uncooked) were served instead of four puri's.

When enquired about the puri's, MD FAROOQ (staff of pantry car) bluffed me saying that "this is puri".

The same thing when I ordered tea they provide me only 70-80 ml instead of 150ml. The quality and quantity of other food items is also worst.

When I asked about the Complaint Book from the manager of PANTRY CAR he refused to provide me the Complaint book.

So I request your honour to please look into the matter with immediate effect as it is being happening everytime.

Your early action in the above matter is highly solicited.
