I have purchased a FLORENCE 2 SEATER from GIRNAR (GODREJ INTERIO) at Behala Chowrasta on the basis of the order no. GR/O/256/09 booked for RINKI CHANDA, riddhi siddhi gardens Ambika-4E Diamond Park, Kol-104 Mobile No- 9836642907on the payment of Rs. 17212.50/- delivered on 13th Jan.. But i am greived to see for the past 01 month that the sets of the said sofa has detoristed an dcomfort level is at present 20% cpompared to the 100% comfort assured and the seats foam is not retreiving to its normal shape and bulge long after the seats have been evacuated. plainly the comfort has dissapeared totally. It is requested to sent one representative of your renowned Co. and sought out the Problem... Hoping a helping hand from your end please...
