Regarding Service not provided for Swing

I have purchased a swing before 2 months (on 14th Feb) from Kailash Furniture, (116-3 Seema park, R D Colony, Kalas, Alandi road Pune-411 015). At the time of purchse the murchant said 2 person can easily use this and This swing is very Strong. but That swing got break down within 2 weeks of purchase. I am constantly requesting the murchant to have a look at it and I am asking him to get it repaird for last two months, but he is not even listening to me, now he is saying this is imported swing and we are not able to make it repair. Please help me thorough this.
