The Product: Bajaj Allianz Family CareFirst policy # 0115315771 was incorrectly terminated.

The premium of the policy has been paid well beforte the due date.

What would have happened if in case of emergency (which didn't occur with God'ss grace) & Bajaj Allainz had rejected the claim? for no fault of ours...

Why shouldn't we go to the Consumer court for being cheated... taking premium from us & terminating the policy & that too without any information/notice to us.

Clearly, you are cheating us to make money... wonder of many of such cases have gone un noticed.
