Drug Office Permission for chemist shop without pharmacist

Dear Sir/Madam,

Navsari (Gujarat) area is approximately 4 KM radius. There are more than 100 medical stores (Chemist) in Navsari. But truth is 40% of chemist running without pharmacist, because of given them permission by drug office. It means, they have pharmacist on leased. But no one pharmacist is available on their medical stores.

Drug Office can not do anything for these medical stores. Because they have collect money from these medical stores (without pharmacist). If there is enquiry of these chemists, drug officers can contact them and say to available of pharmacist.

Nobody can arguments or questions to drug office, because they have power.
