Not received medical refund from last 6 months

My name is Jaspreet Singh (9818089393), and my mother Narinder Kaur (Card # UIMTNR17784447 AND UIMTNR17784448) is an ex employee of MTNL, she has been provided with the medical facility from E-meditek company, last year we applied for buffer refund and in the month of September'11 we submitted documents to their representating in MTNL connought place New Delhi, since then i am talking to your rep Mr, Davender Yadav in MTNL building but he is not helping us and asking to wait and wait, its been six months, i have taken loan from bank and i am paying installent from last 6 months and i understand that it does not take that long for refund, i am really pissed off because of this behaviour.

i would like to suggest every one that never ever trust E-Meditek.
