Increasing cost of treatment

Dear sir, in recent case i heard,

there was a gap in between the front teeth of a 19years girl patient. that can be filled with a dental composite and the gap can be filled. but what was done is the removed all the front four teeth and then the fixed the cap for all 6 front teeth and the patient was charge around Rs 20000. the they would have done the cove the gap it would have cost very very less as 500 rupees.

what to do the patient is not aware of the treatment procedure so they take advantage
