Not Refunding Premium Rs 13K (Policy cancelled)

Case is simple.
Lombard General Insurance is suppose to refund my amount of 13K.
No issues in refund, Lombard has agreed to pay. BUT since July they are processing refund. I dont know when they are going to complete and refund. Moreover no Lombard representative communicate nor respond. What to do?
