My complaint is regarding the money not refunded to me even after 2 months of requesting the company.

i had applied for an health insurance but icici rejected my proposal and returned me the cheque but with my incomplete name on it and hence no bank accepted the cheque in fact am holding an account with icici bank even icici bank did not accept it saying ask icici lombard for a new cheque with a full name and hence i couriered back the cheque in the month of jan with a letter asking for a new cheque as well as i provided the pod number of the courier and even a pdf copy of my pan card. and am been writing emails as well as calling icici lombard for the same in order to inquire when am i going to get the cheque but till date as on 8/03 i have not received a proper reply from the company they are just asking for more days. my policy complaint number is 4034i/ff4/w-1338141/00/000. with icici lombard as per emails.
