Charged higher by not guiding properly

I, Shashi Gupta, has undergone several tests- BSF, TSH, Lipid Profile vide Lab No.4607587 & 4607588 on 27 Mar'10 through your testing centre at QU-198A, Pitampura, Delhi. I am sorry to say but the captioned centre charged us Rs.370 Rs.750 = Rs.1120 (while under Body Fit Package the charges for the same were Rs.799) by purposefully making 2 slips rather than 1.Moreover, when we queried the charges for the same we were not informed abt the several packages going on completion of 60yrs of ur existence.

But as soon as we received the report we got to know abt ur packages n we called up ur centre at connaught place as well as pitampura but not got any satisfied answer.

We were really stunned by this kind of an act from ur well trusted organisation n I expect the cash back of the same so that we dont lose our trust on ur organisation. I know u take care of ur customers n will revert on the same.
