Massage cushion
Not Working

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have been complaining since last 10 days but none of your staff (Rohit, Parveen, Dhawal, Rathod) have rung me backed and got the massage cusion repaired.

1) On Sept. 8 bought 1 Massage cushion from Fun Republic stall. After using for 9 to 10 months it is not working.

2) We ordered for 2 more massage cushion and we received the same from MIT Systems P.L. on 3rd Oct. 2009. When the Mr. Subhash Gupta came to deliver the two massage cushion he had taken the old massage cushion saying he will get it repaired and inform us. TILL TODAY WE HAVE NOT RECD. THE CUSHION NOR HEARD FROM HIM.

3) Out of the 2 cushions bought in Sept one is not working and I have been complaing to Tel. nos. 42314231 and I am told either somebody will contact you in 15 minutes or I wiill get it done. BUT I AM SORRY SINCE LAST 10 DAYS YOUR 10 MINS. ARE NOT YET OVER.

Please let me know a.s.a.p. regarding the old chair taken for repair and the one which is not working.
