OLAY FACIAL CLEANSER
SKIN IRRITATION

I had purchased a Olay gentle face cleanser from my local Asda store quite recently. I then used my face cleanser and straight after using this product I experienced skin irritation and redness on my face. I had bought this product for the first time and I had bought it because I am familiar with the Olay products reputation. The product states on its product it is dermatology tested so I trusted I would not experience any skin irritation to my sensitive skin. The product I purchased also states on the tube its suitable for normal/dry/combination skin but I found it was not suitable for mine. I stopped using the cleanser and after a few days started using it again just to test whether or not it was the Olay cleanser and the same reaction happened again so I have stopped using the product and have been left with almost a full tube of cleanser which is a waste and I'm unable to return opened/used product. I do not like to complain but due to it states its a gentle product it was not for me unfortunately
