Choked Sewerage Line in Shivalik

Sir, 20th September

I a resident of A-86, Shivalik, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017.The sewerage line passing through the street is completely choked. As a result thereof, the dirty water had started entering back in our house around 6 days back. We had reported the matter to local MCD office. About 3 days ago, the MCD people came & took out some dirt & rubbish from the manhole in front of our house. However this did not solve the problem. The dirty water started flowing out of manhole & spreading on the street just in front of our house. There is lot of breed of bees & mosquitoes hazardous to human health. Today the MCD people brought machine also to flush out the chocked material but were helpless. They informed that the sewerage is choked at many places & hence will come tomorrow to open more manholes on the street to flush it out.

Since the matter relates to health as continued flowing water is source of breed of bees & mosquitoes, there is need for a war footing action to cleanse the choked sewerage on the street without which we are in a state of danger to likely deseases of malaria & influenza etc. Hence please take my request most seriously & do the needful at top priority.
