Non refund of P.F.money

Sir,

my P.F.NO.was --MH/47275/2049, on march piramal diagnostics have deposited my filled up P.F. form and there was no complaint or dispute at the time of submission.i have scanned copy from P.F.office, bandra of deposition receipt.but still now the amount is not transferred at my canara bank account, delhi.the form was for money withdrawal.i have sent a letter to P.F.commisioner, bandra, mumbai about it but no answer has been sent by him.kindly take agtion about it and please tell me if i have to take any legal process or any other thing i have to do..
