Brodband Connection

Sir, I have furnish the application for brodband connection in Airtel in my wife's (Archana Dhope) name on our phone No.0761-4034457, your one of the representative Mr. Tanuj Chandravanshi, (mobile No.9229118483) has taken Rs.500/-on 6th Dec. & gave me receipt NO.1535, with the promise that the connection will activate on Tuesday i.e.on 15th Dec. he also gave me one mobile no.9893085152, since than till today I have phoned on both nos.but there was no communication.

On 10.12.09 I have also lodged a complaint NO.27416638, in the matter but none of the authorosed person came to us. Please look into the matter & take necessary action without any delay.
