I have been cheated of my money

I had subscribed to ASTROCOUNSELING (query number AL128038794366) service of astrolife.com by paying rs 375 by my credit card on July this year.

In this service they had promised to answer my queries as I ask within seven days of the subscription. they have answeredone single query asked on the first day of subscription. Now they are regularily debit amount from my credit card, I am completely dissatisfied with their service and I want my money back as soon as possible.
