Money Refund not processed after cancellation

Hi,

I had placed an order on the 7th of April for a set of diamonds with a Blackberry phone and the order was worth Rs. 24999. The reference to my order id is 1004960604. I was given a different order id when i placed the order (880187683). But I had cancelled the order the next day itself as I came to know that i had to go abroad as a part of the project i am working on. When i called up the Bagit Today people they said that the amount was not received by them and is not updated in their system. I gave them several proofs from the bank (HDFC) that the amount was debited from my account and the bank branch manager himself sent my bank statement to them showing that the amount was received by them. I have sent all the details given to me by the bank regarding that transaction.

A few days back the Bagit Today people (Amit Singha- customer executive) said that the amount has been updated in their system and they gave me the new Order Id 1004960604 as well as a complain no. 183334 for refunding my amount. But I have not yet received my amount. Please help in getting my money refund back as it has been almost 2 months now.
