Failed to Deliver - Indifferent Customer Service

Hi,

I placed an order with Bag It Today for a mobile phone on the 17th of Feb 12 which I am yet to receive. The customer service is extremely indifferent & inefficient.

I have called several times to follow up & i get incorrect information (stating delivery in 2 days) every time i call them. Customer Service Representatives also hang up when they run out of excuses & answers to straight forward questions.

I was also given telephone number to track the order in bangalore (080 25434472). The person who answered the call mentioned that there is no such material with him yet & he could not track anything with my order id or invoice number.

I now find myself stuck & extremely insecure about the money spent since there is simply no communication from their end.

Please advise if possible.
