Waiting for product from last 3 months

I have ordered one Reebok watch on Bag It today online on date 21/08. But after having so many times conversation with your customer department I have not received my product yet. My membership No. ITBC10429106 and my Billing Id no is 998657818. So can you please tell me will I get my product in 2010 or not. I think its been worst case for company like India today group for reminding again and again for getting my product. Can you please send my watch if you have.
