I have Ordered a reebok Watch on March 16 from Bag It Today, my Order Id is is: 1003772271

I have recd the watch on 6th of April with Invoice No TRNPL/DLI/10-11/407808

The watch I recd was not under working condition (or I may say dysfunctional).

After discussing the issue with their executive, I was promised for the watch replacement and refund of the expenses incured in sending it back through courier.

I have sent the watch for replacement to Bag it Today on 12th April with the copy of courier reciept from Blue Dart and also Cash receipt.

I recd a fresh watch on 28th April, but since then I am following it with them on mails for my refund. they reply every time saying we have taken the matter to concerned dept and will reply on 4-5 working days.

last mail i recd was from mikkey on 25th May stating the matter has been taken to concerned dept and will be resolved in 4-5 working days and I will be informed in 4-5 working days.

Since then i am still awiting for their reply.

pl look into the matter and do the needful thanks and Regards
