Non-refund of money

I made an order#300004701 on Balgopal.com for buying Graco High-Chair (GRC_1009477) on 21st May using my net-banking account, also selected Bluedart shipping for faster shipping. As no response until 24th May, created online ticket which told status is in packing and dispatch. No further updates again and calling customer care twice revealed that item was shipped using GATI and not BLUEDART and that they damaged the product which was the last piece. Hence either I select other product or take refund. I asked for refund and was told to send my net-banking details over mail. I provided the details on 26th May and also subsequently being urgent bought high-chair from local shop.
No refund or response from Balgopal until 1st June, I again sent reminder mail to which no response further. 2nd June again I was asked on details and was informed that provided. Since no further response until 5th June, I decided to call and to my horror the only mobile# listed against Customer Service is 'Switched Off', I tried calling 6-7 times till today few minutes back and it is still switched-off. Only email is listed is support@balgopal.com to which I get no reply.
So I am not sure if company got closed as phone switched off and email no reply or what else happened, but I have not received refund in 15 days of being told I would be and details provided.
Please look into the matter and make a refund immediately.
