Dear Friends,

I would like to share my worst experience with Bata online shopping. I have made a mad idea of

purchasing a shoe through bata online. I have ordered the shoe through online on March 16. I

received the product on April 3rd evening only. But the bata cheaters said in their website that the product will be delivered within 7 days. That too within this period i called them 5 times and told them to deliver the product soon. Everytime i called they gave false promise that the product will be delivered within 2 or 3 days. If i didnt call them they would have forgot about the order which was made and 899rupees is a profit for them. They are trying to cheat people by doing online busines s. And also i didnt receive the courier in time after shipment. I called the courier service and asked, then they delivered. Also the shoe is very tight to me. And the other thing is, the invoice is pasted on top of the courier which means it is most likely to get tored since the courier will be shipped along with other's also. So my kind advice is if you want to purchase footwear then go to a nearby shop and buy.
