Cancellation of On line games

I am T.V.Raghavarao having broadband internet connection on my land line No. 040-27225432..

Few months back BSNL personnel came on line and informed my Granddaughter that our number is selected on lucky draw for providing on line games as sample. If we do not want to continue we can cancel at any time. I have been trying to inform the cancellation through Tele no.1800 4250500 but I could not get any response. I have been paying Rs.200/- every month as one time charges.

I request BSNL authorities to respond and stop this on line game facility on my Broad band internet connection.
