Money deducted but tickets not received

This is my worst experience with Book My Show Web site on Christmas (25th Dec, 09). I have booked tickets for IMAX 3D movie for Jan 2nd. My 433 rupees money was deducted from HDFC bank account, but no confirmation about the tickets were received.

I am trying to call them on the number 39895050 (their contact number), but that number is not working. I have send an email to their customer support, but did not received any reply. My whole day was gone trying to contact them.

I want my money back. I want to legally proceed against them for the inconvenience caused to me.
