Disconnecting problem

Dear Sir,

My self siddharth Rajput. From Ahmedabad Gujarat. I have taken BSNL 3G DATA CARD 3.6 Mbps in Oct. 2010. And my data card no. is 9408101646. since last 15 days it is not working properly, it will be disconnected automatically when I am using internet, For regarding this problem I was 3 times complaint in BSNL customer care, first complaint no is k2100142/145 and 2nd docket no. C0900174 dated 09-Mar. And they told it will take time 48 hours for resolve the problem. But still same problem I face it.

It is really surprising that such an efficient department as that of yours is not heeding to our complaints. Please get the needful done without any further loss of time.

I am quite hopeful that you will take a prompt action and oblige.
