Excess billing for BB usage and a refund for Rs. 415/-b320

In the month of July I had opted for BB connection and chosen 250 home plan. And for that matter July & August BB usage bill was excessive (Rs. 5893/-) which I had paid. Again for Sep & Oct bill has come for Rs. 6289/- which is absolutely impossible. Therefore it is requested to look into this matter and rectify my bill for BB usage. Point no. 2, in the month of March- April I had paid the phone bill twice for Rs. 704/- and in the May- June bill it is showing as credit of Rs. 415/-, but till date that amount has not been adjusted in my subsequent bills. Hope you will do the needful.
