Money refund

I shopped a flower bouquet which order was cancelled and money refund process was in process through ccavanue and in this regard i recieved a mail from ccavanue which is given below with message.

This refund request has been forwarded to the concerned bank and we await their reply. Rest assured amount would reflect in your account as per the bank's procedure.

Until then we request for your cooperation. "

Till date i didn't recieved a money refund from them.
