No proper response for the refund

I have purchased a deal which was showcased online at www.dealsandyou.com in particular a deal offered at kims clinic hyderabad. As informed by the site, there needs to be a prior appointment taken at Kims Clinic. But inspite of many calls made, there is no response from Kims. So in order to check the scenario with Dealsandyou.com, I have made many calls to the concerned people in the same. I experienced a no response attitude from Kims Clinic and Dealsandyou regarding the service after a couple of calls made. I have demanded for refund against the purchase made, but in response to that Dealsandyou have not given proper response and kept things postponing. Everytime I call them, I hear only one reply given "We are extremely sorry, we have forwarded it to the concerned department. Kindly wait for 3 working days" But those three working days and the final day has never come in my way. So want the refund to be processed and this complaint is raised in the interest of the society. My intention in raising a complaint is "No other customer should face a problem like this with dealsandyou. Kindly look into it. Expect a justice for the above.
