Not getting refund till date

On 15/7 I bought one Pioneer car stereo through Dealsandyou.com site, money was also transferred through net banking. My order id is-#100090142 dated- 15/7. Statutory 21 days was elapsed excluding Saturday and Sunday. But no update was observed in the my order section of the site. i am very much anxious. I am totally frustrated by your service. Can you please provide the courier name and the #AWB no. so i can track it online.

If you can't dispatch the product then please refund my money at the earliest. After ordering I have read many nasty comments regarding bad service of that site etc. I am totally scared. But as par survey your site one of the best deal site of India.

Almost 10 days back one telecaller from that site that money will refunded very soon. But no initiation has been started. I am very much scared
